RENTAL OF ONE BARN TO CELEBRATE A WEDDING IS $3,600 FOR 4 HOURS; MAXIMUM 150 PEOPLE

RENTAL OF BOTH BARNS TO CELEBRATE A WEDDING IS $4,600 FOR 4 HOURS; MAXIMUM 200 PEOPLE

WEDDING EVENT RENTAL TIME IS 4 HOURS. BEYOND 4 HOURS, IS $500 PER HOUR

This rental rate includes decorating and/or rehearsal time for up to 3 hours at no additional charge.

Decorating and/or rehearsals may be scheduled the day before your party if the barn has not been reserved for another event.

Decorating the morning of your wedding between 9am and Noon will have to be scheduled if the barn has been reserved for another event the day before.

Rehearsals, in most cases, will be scheduled for the Thursday evening before your wedding.



Event rental package includes:

  • 4 Hours of Event Venue Rental
  • 3 Hours of Decorating and/or Rehearsal Time
  • All Decorations Must be Removed the Night of the Event
  • Use of the Grounds
  • Banquet Tables, Chairs, Picnic Tables, and Round Dinner Tables

Additional Options Include:

  • Additional Event Rental Hours at the rate of $500 per hour
  • Additional Decorating and/or Rehearsal Time at the rate of $100 per hour
  • Additional Bartenders and/or Servers at the rate of $125 each for four (4) hours and $25 per additional hour per staff person
  • Hayrides
  • Catering Services
  • Services of Licensed Officiant $300
  • DJ/MC $200 PER HOUR (INVOICED SEPARATELY)
  • Square Dance $300 Per Hour
  • Photo Booth, Entire Evening $500 Unlimited Photos,Photo Album for Bride. LAZY J RANCH PHOTO BOOTH ONLY WILL BE PERMITTED.
  • Cocktail Tables with Linens $25
  • Table Linens in White or Ivory $15 Each
  • Linen Napkins $.30 each
  • Outdoor Lawn Games Bundle $150
  • Bridal Suite One Hour Before Ceremony Included Or Entire Day $400
  • Rental of a Wedding Ceremony Arch / Arbor $200
  • Additional rentals offered, inquire with the Lazy J Ranch Coordinator at time of booking

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

A $1500 deposit is required to book all Wedding Events.

Final Payment Is Due (2) Weeks Before The Event By Check Or Cash.

All deposits are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
